Registration and Confirmation:

Please email or call for a registration form to be sent to you. Your child's spot will not be reserved until registration form and payment are received, You will receive a confirmation once this is completed. Classes will be kept small for personalized instruction. Spots are limited. If the class you are interested in is full, you will be placed on a waiting list at your request.

Payment:

Full payment is required in order to reserve a spot in the class. Check and Cash only, made payable to Sketch and Ink, LLC. There is a $25.00 charge for returned checks.

Course Cancellations:

Sketch and Ink, LLC. reserves the right to cancel classes if needed. Every effort will be made to notify students in advance. If enrollment is low, a class maybe cancelled up to 48 hours before the first scheduled class. If this happens, a full refund or credit will be issued.

Withdrawals and Refunds:

Refunds are not provided once you have registered for a class. A credit towards a future class at Sketch and Ink, LLC. will be provided  on a case to case basis. Students who fail to show up, will not be refunded.

 

Make-Up Class:

One make up class will be provided on a specific date and time, TBD by Sketch and Ink, LLC. Sketch and Ink, LLC. is not responsible for providing additional makeup classes or issuing refunds for class missed as a result of illness, emergencies, or other events beyond our control.

Inclement Weather Policy:

Families will be notified by email if classes will be cancelled due to inclement weather. No refunds will be issued.

Photographs and Recordings:

Sketch and Ink, LLC. may photograph and record for marketing purpose. Such recording or photography may include pictures of class participants and their artwork. If you prefer your child to NOT be including in any photographs, please send an email letting Sketch and Ink, LLC. know.

Waiver and Release of Liability:

As a parent and/or guardian, you agree to not hold Sketch and Ink, LLC, liable for any personal injury or property damage. You agree to release and hold harmless Sketch and Ink, LLC. and owner, Beth Smalley, from all liability as a result of your child's participation in art class.

COVID-19:

I waive all rights to any legal action against Sketch and Ink, LLC. in the event of injury, illness, damages loss of personal property not caused by or resulting from the negligence of the owner or attendees in the art class. Preventive measures will be practiced to reduce the spread of COVID-19 by limiting the number of people in the art class, consistent cleaning and disinfection of areas and supplies, and refusing admission to anyone not feeling well. 

 

Art Materials:

All art supplies will be supplied. Please be mindful of clothes, some art materials might stain fabrics.
