My name is Beth Smalley and I have been creating art from the time I was able to hold a crayon and pencil.  I have a degree in Fine Arts and a Masters degree in Art Therapy.  I am a Licensed Professional Art Therapist in New Jersey and a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist in New York. I am also a Board Certified Art Therapist. I work full time as an Art Therapist with children, adolescents, and adults.  I have extensive experience working with children and creating art with children and teens on a daily basis. I have decided to start my own business, Sketch and Ink to bring the joy of art-making to others. This is NOT therapy. I will be bringing my knowledge of technique and the fundamentals of creating art. Art has always been a huge part of my life and I look forward to sharing my enthusiasm about art making to all the children and families who join Sketch and Ink Art School.

When I am not making art or crocheting, I am a mom to two daughters.
